What is the fee to subscribe?

How secure is my information?
Healthcare Registries is committed to keeping all personal and patient information confidential and secure.
We protect the Information you submit through our website while passing through the Internet by using https.
We protect the confidentiality of all personal information about you in our possession, including credit card information that you may provide us through our website.
Does the AOA have a registry?
No. A number of years ago, the AOA launched a registry called MORE. Their registry is now defunct. The American Society of Ophthalmology has a registry called IRIS which is primarily focused on MIPS measures.
How much time and effort are required?
The good news, that no effort is required on the part of the practitioner or their staff. The doctor simply continues to enter clinical data in their EHR.
How often is the data refreshed?
Your clinical outcome data is automatically extracted every night at 2:00 PM. Therefore, the reports that are generated are in “real-time.”

What is Kno2?
Kno2 network enable secure, effortless and maximized exchange of patient information. Use to query your patients’ records from their pcp and/or lab tests. Kno2 decreases burden on your staff and increases your efficiency. Kno2 is the framework to enable health data sharing between and among networks.
Why do I need Direct Secure Messaging?
Direct Secure Messaging is built into every “certified” EHR. The exchange of data via Direct Messaging is much more efficient and makes available to create the analytics for providers to decide on how to deliver the most effective care.
You cannot access Kno2 or Carequality unless Direct Secure Messaging has been activated and tested.
What is the Care Team Co-management App?
This is a first-of a kind software program designed to facilitate co-management. This app was designed for those EHRs that do not provide structured fields for specialty data. It enhances referral networks for ODs and OMDs so that can efficiently share data.
This module is designed to run side by side with any EHR and is the ideal alternative for those practices that do not utilize an EHR.
What is FHIR?
That all changes with the information blocking rules put in place through the 21st Century Cures Act. Every vendor of a certified EHR is required by December 31, 2022 to have in place a FHIR endpoint server.
The new “FHIR” standard defines how healthcare information is to be exchanged between different computer systems. This standard is designed to give access to all of your exam data to any outside organization which has been authorized by your patient. FHIR also provides payors with complete access to your data.
